Refund policy


We have a 14-day return and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refundĀ  provided you are eligible for a return and refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Our return and refund policy is open applicable to our PAP product line. Therefore, no return and refund will be available for theĀ PurpleĀ Colour Corrector.Ā 


Eligibility for return and refund

To be eligible, you must provide us with the following information (ā€˜Eligibility Informationā€) in your return and refund request:Ā 

  1. The receipt and any proof of your purchase
  2. A clear video documentation of your teeth before using our PAP product(s), how you used our PAP product(s), and your teeth after using our PAP product(s)

Take note that the quality of your video may have an impact on your eligibility. Therefore, kindly ensure that the video is in resolution and is taken under good lighting conditions.


How to request for return and refund

To start a return and refund, make a request at hello@bettersmile.asia. Kindly attach in your email your Eligibility Information for our review.Ā 

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
