Our policy is effective for 14 days following the delivery of your order. Any request made outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted. For clarifications on any aspect of our policy, please contact us at hello@bettersmile.asia

Refunds are exclusively available for our PAP product line. Products outside this line, such as the Purple Colour Corrector, are not eligible for refunds. 


To be qualified for a refund, you must submit the following information (Eligibility Information): 

  1. The receipt and any proof of purchase.
  2. A clear video documentation of your teeth before and after using our PAP product. The video must clearly showcase the results of using the product.
  3. A detailed description of how you used our PAP product.

Note: Adherence to our recommended usage of the PAP strips is crucial. Refunds will only be initiated for customers who have strictly used 1 strip per day for 7 consecutive days.


The quality of your video will influence your eligibility. Ensure your video is of high resolution and captured under proper lighting conditions to avoid any discrepancies.


Upon approval of your refund request, it may take 3-4 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible. If not, customers will need to provide bank account details for us to process a manual refund.

To initiate a refund, please send your request to hello@bettersmile.asia. Ensure you attach the required Eligibility Information for our review. If your request is approved, we will promptly process your refund.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items promptly. If you encounter any damaged, defective, or incorrect products: 

  1. Take clear photos of all items received, especially highlighting the condition of damaged or defective products.
  2. Email us at hello@bettersmile.asia within 7 days of delivery. Attach the photos to your email for our reference.
  3. We will review the situation and promptly work on a suitable resolution.

After receiving and approving your exchange request, it will take 1-2 days for the exchange to be processed internally. Following this, delivery of the exchanged item will require an additional 3-4 business days.
